Fastweb vende la sua quota in Fibercop a KKR per 438,7 milioni di euro

Fastweb, controllata da Swisscom, ha concordato la vendita della sua quota del 4,5% in FiberCop a Optics Bidco, società di KKR, per 438,7 milioni di euro. L’accordo non modifica l’intesa wholesale tra Fastweb e FiberCop. Fastweb continuerà a investire nelle infrastrutture di fibra ottica in Italia.
