Rebus Russia, Unicredit ricorre al Tribunale Ue contro obblighi BCE

L'uscita della Russia si fa più complicata del previsto. E le regole fissate dalla BCE, di certo, non aiutano. Per queste ragioni, Unicredit ha chiesto al Tribunale Ue di sospendere la decisione della Banca centrale europea di ridurre le sue attività in Russia per avere così, dalla stessa Corte "certezza e chiarezza sugli obblighi e sulle azioni"
