Agroalimentare, Frascarelli (UniPG): "Cibo, ambiente e energia fondamentali, possono coesistere"

Bologna, 10 giu. (Adnkronos) - "Contrapposizione tra cibo e ambiente, tra cibo ed energia, tra ambiente ed energia? Questi dilemmi sono sbagliati". Lo ha dichiarato Angelo Frascarelli, docente di Economia e Politica Agraria presso l'università di Perugia dal palco del convegno “Rispetto dell'ambiente, competitività e valori economici: l'Emilia-Romagna e la partita dell'innovazione” che si è tenuto al Bper di Modena in cui esperti si sono incontrati per discutere di sostenibilità in un settore cruciale per l'economia italiana e mondiale. “I consumatori, i cittadini e il pianeta hanno bisogno di cibo, ambiente ed energia", ha proseguito Frascarelli che poi ha aggiunto: "Queste tre funzioni dell'agricoltura devono coesistere e sono tutte e tre indispensabili, nonché occasioni di reddito. Il trinomio del futuro delle imprese agricole è nella produzione congiunta, sinergica e virtuosa di cibo, ambiente e energia”, ha concluso.
