"Anche la Russia al vertice per la pace": Zelensky apre a Putin, vicini a una tregua?

Si apre uno spiraglio per la tregua in Ucraina: il leader Volodymyr Zelensky ha invitato la Russia di Vladimir Putin a partecipare alla prossima conferenza di pace, da svolgere entro novembre. I colloqui per preparare il secondo summit sulla risoluzione del conflitto in Ucraina inizieranno a luglio, come spiegato dallo stesso Zelensky in conferenza stampa a Kiev. "A fine luglio o inizio agosto ci sarà un primo incontro a livello di ministri e consiglieri per la sicurezza nazionale - ha detto il presidente ucraino -. Il primo incontro sulla sicurezza energetica sarà molto probabilmente in Qatar. Ad agosto ci sarà un incontro in Turchia su libertà di navigazione. Ci sarà la questione della sicurezza alimentare e ci sarà un piano completamente preparato e sviluppato a settembre ci sarà un incontro in Canada nel settore umanitario". La prima conferenza sull'Ucraina si è tenuta dal 15 al 16 giugno nel Burgenstock svizzero, su richiesta di Kiev. In quell'occasione la dichiarazione finale del forum non è stata firmata da Armenia, Bahrein, Brasile, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Giordania, Libia, Messico, Ruanda, Arabia Saudita, Sud Africa, Thailandia, Emirati Arabi Uniti e Vaticano. La Russia non era stata invitata alla conferenza, mentre oggi il presidente ucraino ha detto che sarebbe favorevole alla partecipazione di una sua rappresentanza: "Credo che debbano esserci rappresentanti russi al secondo summit".
