Animali: Cdm, ok esame preliminare norme su tutela salute

Roma, 17 set. (Adnkronos) - Il Consiglio dei ministri, su proposta del ministro della Salute Orazio Schillaci, ha approvato, in esame preliminare, un "decreto legislativo di modifica ai decreti legislativi 5 agosto 2022, nn. 134, 135, 136 ai sensi dell'articolo 31, comma 4, della legge 24 dicembre 2012, n. 234, emanati per conformare la normativa nazionale al Regolamento (UE) 2016/429 'Normativa in materia di sanità animale - Animal Health Law, che disciplina la classificazione delle malattie, l'identificazione precoce, la notifica e la comunicazione delle stesse, la sorveglianza, i programmi di eradicazione e lo status di indennità da malattia, le misure per il controllo - incluse le misure di emergenza - i movimenti e la tracciabilità degli animali, e l'attribuzione delle responsabilità in materia di sanità animale". E' quanto si legge nel comunicato ufficiale di Palazzo Chigi.
