Avvistato un grande squalo martello alle isole Canarie: il filmato del drone

Un grande squalo martello è stato avvistato al largo della costa dell'isola di Gran Canaria, costringendo le autorità a chiudere tre spiagge locali: la balneazione è stata vietata finché le autorità locali non si sono accertate che il pesce avesse lasciato la zona. La polizia della cittadina di Telde, sulla costa nord-orientale di Gran Canaria, ha filmato con un drone lo squalo e sta costantemente sorvegliando l'area per dare un allarme tempestivo in caso di ritorno dello squalo. Gli esperti di squali ritengono che l'animale sia inoffensivo e che, a meno che non venga provocato, non attaccherebbe l'uomo. Secondo gli esperti intervistati dalla televisione regionale delle Isole Canarie, è molto probabile che altri squali siano nelle vicinanze.
