Balneari: Magi, 'governo abusa potere, si mettano spiaggia a gara'

Roma, 20 mag. (Adnkronos) - “II Consiglio di Stato oggi ha depositato tre sentenze in cui ribadisce che le proroghe generalizzate delle concessioni demaniali agli stabilimenti sono illegittime anche perché contrastanti con la direttive Bolkenstein. Nonostante questo, il governo italiano continua a ignorare e dunque violare la legge. Cosa bisogna fare per far capire a Meloni che le spiagge vanno messe a gara? Cosa bisogna fare per far capire al governerò che la mappatura è una farsa e l'allungamento delle spiagge è una truffa agli italiani, ai contribuenti e all'Europa?”. Lo afferma il segretario di +Europa, Riccardo Magi. “Quello che sta facendo il governo Meloni è un vero e proprio abuso di potere, i cui costi saranno pagati direttamente dagli utenti delle spiagge, che vedono ogni anni rincarare ombrelloni e lettini, ai contribuenti che vedono pendere sull'Italia una multa europea, e dannoso dal punto di visto ambientale, visto che di fatto stanno mettendo a gara solo gli ultimi tratti di spiaggia libera in Italia”, conclude Magi.
