Beirut in fiamme, terrificante bombardamento: tam-tam impazzito su Nasrallah | Video-choc

Una massiccia ondata di attacchi israeliani è stata lanciata contro la periferia meridionale di Beirut in Libano. Il portavoce dell'Idf, Daniel Hagari, ha dichiarato che nel mirino c'era il quartier generale centrale di Hezbollah, situato sotto un edificio residenziale nel quartiere Dahiya, nella capitale. Secondo alcuni media, come Fox News e Al Arabia, l'obiettivo di Tel Aviv era Hassan Nasrallah, il leader del gruppo libanese. Non è chiaro, però, se il segretario generale di Hezbollah sia riuscito a scampare all'attacco. Secondo l'agenzia iraniana Tasnim che cita fonti della sicurezza libanese, Nasrallah si troverebbe in un luogo sicuro e dunque sarebbe ancora vivo. Per l'emittente al Arabiya, invece, Nasrallah non solo sta bene ma tra poco diffonderà anche un comunicato. NETANYAHU LASCIA L'ONU Dopo aver saputo del raid su Beirut, il premier israeliano Benjamin Netanyahu ha lasciato un punto stampa all'Onu, dove era andato per partecipare alla plenaria dell'Assemblea Generale delle Nazioni Unite. Prima di lasciare tutto in fretta e furia, il primo ministro ha detto che "Israele ha tutto il diritto di eliminare questa minaccia e di riportare i nostri cittadini a casa loro in sicurezza. Ed è esattamente quello che stiamo facendo. Continueremo a degradare Hezbollah finché tutti i nostri obiettivi non saranno raggiunti". NETANYAHU CONTRO LE NAZIONI UNITE Nel suo discorso al Palazzo di Vetro, prima di andare via, Netanyahu ha accusato l'Onu di essere diventata "una palude antisemita". Poi ha aggiunto: "Fino a quando Israele, fino a quando lo Stato ebraico non sarà trattato come le altre nazioni, fino a quando questa palude antisemita non sarà prosciugata, le Nazioni Unite saranno viste da persone di mentalità equa in tutto il mondo come nient'altro che una farsa sprezzante". TENSIONI IN AULA Prima che il premier israeliano salisse sul palco per il suo intervento, non sono mancati momenti di tensione in aule: alcune delegazioni sono andate via in segno di protesta. Tra queste, anche quella turca guidata dall'ambasciatore Ahmet Yildiz. Quest'ultimo ha spiegato che la scelta è stata motivata dalla decisione del procuratore capo della Corte Penale Internazionale, Karim Khan, di emettere un mandato di arresto internazionale nei confronti di Netanyahu, accusato di aver commesso "crimini di guerra".
