Bombardieri: Pensione a 70 anni in P.A:? No, servono nuove assunzioni

Cagliari, 10 set. (askanews) - "Abbiamo criticato la proposta che abbiamo letto sui giornali, un eventuale rialzo dell'età pensionabile, anche se volontario, per i lavoratori della pubblica amministrazione fino a 70 anni. Noi continuiamo a sostenere che servono nuove assunzioni, serve riqualificare la pubblica amministrazione, serve a dare la possibilità a lavoratori che sono arrivati a 67 anni di andare in pensione". Così il leader della Uil, Pierpaolo Bombardieri, a margine del Labour7 in merito all'ipotesi di allungare l'età di uscita dal lavoro dei dipendenti pubblici. "Qualcuno dice che è uno strumento che sarà ottenuto soltanto in caso di volontarietà, ma sappiamo che in questi casi, come abbiamo visto con 101, 102, 103, quello che poi viene garantito come un intervento per dare delle possibilità, poi l'anno successivo, costruisce una penalizzazione". Per Bombardieri bisogna "intervenire modernizzando la pubblica amministrazione anche attraverso nuove assunzioni di figure professionali che si rendono in grado di gestire il cambiamento di una rivoluzione tecnologica, pensiamo che questa sia la scelta da seguire".
