Bruno (Banco Alimentare), ‘partnership fondamentali per aiutare persone in difficoltà'

Roma, 10 giu. (Adnkronos) - Le persone in difficoltà in Italia “sono certamente aumentate: secondo l'Istat, negli ultimi 10 anni si è passati dal 6,9 al 9,8 %, con una crescita delle famiglie di tre persone e con un lavoratore dipendente come persona di riferimento. Purtroppo, ancora peggiore è la situazione dei minori: rappresentano il 14% del totale e sono oltre 1.300.000”. Così all'Adnkronos Giovanni Bruno, presidente di Fondazione Banco Alimentare, in occasione della presentazione dei risultati della quarta edizione di ‘Sempre aperti a donare', iniziativa benefica di McDonald's, Fondazione per l'Infanzia Ronald McDonald, Banco Alimentare e Comunità di Sant'Egidio. In questo quadro, la collaborazione con altre realtà e i privati come McDonald's “è fondamentale: solo la collaborazione e la costruzione di partnership durature può portare un aiuto significativo a chi vive situazioni di difficoltà. Ricordiamo che con Banco Alimentare sono convenzionati oltre 7.600 enti caritativi che aiutano quasi 1.800.000 persone. Da solo, nessuno potrebbe fare alcunché”.
