Corruzione e turbativa d'asta, blitz dei carabinieri contro clan mafiosi

Trapani, 16 apr. (askanews) - Undici arresti in Sicilia per associazione mafiosa, corruzione, turbativa d'asta, trasferimento fraudolento di valori, ricettazione e autoriciclaggio. E' il bilancio di una operazione dei carabinieri contro clan mafiosi a Trapani e in altre città. Dall'indagine sono emersi - a quanto riferiscono gli inquirenti - "gravi indizi sulla convergenza di illeciti interessi di appartenenti alla famiglia mafiosa di Salemi (mandamento di Mazzara del Vallo), esponenti di spicco di Cosa nostra palermitana e imprenditori". Tra le 11 persone finite in manette due nomi noti anche per i rapporti con Matteo Messina Denaro: Salvatore Angelo, 75 anni, e suo figlio Andrea. Dalle indagini è emerso che i clan mafiosi avevano allungato la loro mani su supermercati e sull'erogazione di energia elettrica sull'isola di Favignana.
