Crosetto: guerra ibrida di Russia e Cina cerca di avvelenare le democrazie

Praga, 31 ago. (askanews) - E' necessario agire rapidamente di fronte alla sfida pressante delle autocrazie e della guerra ibrida portata avanti dalle nazioni ostili all'occidente come Russia e Cina, nella quale la propaganda anti-occidentale attraverso la diffusione di fake news gioca un ruolo rilevante, specialmente in Africa e nei Paesi Brics ma senza sottovalutare la penetrazione diretta nei paesi europei. Lo ha detto il ministro della Difesa Guido Crosetto intervenendo al Globsec Forum in corso a Praga, in Repubblica Ceca. Secondo Crosetto un'attenzione specifica va rivolta alla strategia per assicurarsi l'approvvigionamento delle materie prime come le "terre rare", indispensabili per lo sviluppo tecnologico, su cui la dipendenza europea da Pechino, intorno al 70%, è ancora troppo forte.
