Csm, Mattarella: cittadini chiedono giustizia trasparente e efficiente

Roma, 16 apr. (askanews) - "Questi due elementi, la Costituzione e il senso di comunità per la coesione sociale, hanno sempre sconfitto i tentativi di lacerazione della società e di disarticolazione delle sue istituzioni. Anche con riferimento a questi valori, richiamati dalla figura di Bachelet, il Csm è chiamato all'impegno di contribuire ad assicurare la massima credibilità alla magistratura, con decisioni sempre assunte con senso delle istituzioni. I nostri concittadini chiedono una giustizia trasparente ed efficiente". Lo ha detto il presidente della Repubblica, Sergio Mattarella, nel suo intervento alla cerimonia per l'intitolazione a Vittorio Bachelet della sede del Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura. "Al Csm la Costituzione affida il compito di dare concretezza all'indipendenza della giurisdizione, come valore irrinunciabile della nostra democrazia - ha aggiunto il capo dello Stato -proprio per questo, il ruolo che si assume quali componenti di questo Consiglio rappresenta una funzione di garanzia e, in ogni momento, di grande responsabilità per l'equilibrio fra i poteri costituzionali".
