Ddl sicurezza: Costa (M5s), 'si sta minando diritto a esprimere dissenso, norma pericolosa'

Roma, 11 set. (Adnkronos) - "L'emendamento governativo al ddl Sicurezza che di fatto rende impossibili i sit-in e le manifestazioni non violente è molto grave. Si prevede l'arresto da sei mesi a due anni per chi blocca le strade e fa sit-in. Il carcere per chi esprime il dissenso è liberticida e va contro la Costituzione. Resistenza significa anche sedersi per terra con le mani alzate. Oppure rimanere fermi, oppure sdraiarsi per terra. Non è resistenza violenta ma semplice e legittimo rifiuto civico non violento". Cosi il vicepresidente della Camera in quota Movimento 5 stelle, Sergio Costa. "In qualità di vicepresidente della Camera e di ex ministro dell'Ambiente - prosegue -, ritengo che l'equilibrio tra l'ordine pubblico e la tutela dei diritti civili debba essere il principio cardine in ogni discussione su temi così delicati. Questo articolo, per come è scritto, è chiaramente mirato a vietare le manifestazioni di dissenso dell'attivismo ambientale. Devono essere garantite tutte le forme di dissenso, purché pacifiche. Stiamo sfociando nella criminalizzazione indiscriminata dell'attivismo e delle legittime forme di protesta, ed è molto, molto grave".
