Depistaggio Borsellino: gip, 'fratello giudice e scorte no parte civile per difetto requisiti'

Palermo, 3 ott. (Adnkronos) - Salvatore Borsellino, il fratello del giudice Paolo Borsellino, ma anche i familiari degli agenti di scorta uccisi nella strage di Via D'Amelio, non sono stati ammessi come parte civile nell'udienza preliminare del procedimento per il depistaggio sulle indagini per "difetto dei requisiti", come scrive il gip Davide Salvucci nella ordinanza. Oltre a Salvatore Borsellino sono rimasti fuori dalle parti civili anche i fratelli di Claudio Traina, agente di scorta, Luciano e Giuseppe, ma anche Filomena Traina, la sorella. E ancora: la vedova e i figli di Agostino Catalano, il caposcorta, Antonio Vullo, l'unico sopravvissuto,la moglie di quest'ultimo, la sorella di Emanuela Loi. E altri familari degli agenti di scorta.
