Digitale, Hogg (Visa): "Più 200 mld all'anno chiudendo divario digitale delle aziende Ue"

Cernobbio, 18 ott. (Adnkronos) - “Il 67% delle pmi europee è oggi digitalizzato. Se riuscissimo a colmare questo divario del 33%, si otterrebbe un aumento del fatturato complessivo di oltre 200 miliardi di euro all'anno di cui il 5%, circa 10 miliardi all'anno, a beneficio delle piccole e medie imprese italiane". Così Charlotte Hogg, ceo di Visa Europe, dal palco della conferenza Comolake. Citando uno studio della Bank for International Settlement, la dirigente spiega che l'implementazione di pagamenti digitali genererebbe una crescita stimata del pil pro capite di 0,1% nell'arco di due anni. "Se guardiamo poi alle pmi, i benefici stimati sono assimilabili, per cui ad un aumento della digitalizzazione corrisponde un aumento di fatturato in termini reali"
