Ex Ilva: giudice Milano nomina consulente su holding, pm 'conflitto insanabile'

Milano, 12 giu. (Adnkronos) - La giudice di Milano delegata alla procedura Laura De Simone ha nominato un consulente tecnico per sciogliere la matassa che riguarda lo stato di salute dell'ex gruppo Ilva. Nell'udienza in cui si è discusso dello stato di insolvenza di Acciaierie d'Italia holding la procura di Milano, rappresentata dall'aggiunta Laura Pedio e dal pm Pasquale Addesso, ha ribadito la richiesta di insolvenza perché "il conflitto è insanabile tra soci, non se ne riesce ad uscire". Da quanto si apprende, l'udienza ha affrontato due punti: il nuovo contratto d'affitto che sarebbe adesso in pancia ad Acciaierie d'Italia spa e non più alla holding, e la disponibilità del socio franco-indiano a mettere sul tavolo dei soldi per pagare dei debiti della holding. "L'udienza è andata molto bene, il giudice ha capito che la situazione è complessa e, quindi, nominerà dei consulenti, ci sarà uno studio, la materia è complicata" spiega l'ex ad Adi Lucia Morselli. Impossibile intuire i tempi di una decisione. "Vorrei che fosse presto ma non dipende da noi. Abbiamo sempre fiducia nella magistratura. Io so che i giudici sono correttissimi e molto indipendenti".
