Genova, Fincosit ha completato con successo la posa del primo cassone della Diga Foranea

Roma, 28 mag. (Adnkronos) - Fincosit, società altamente specializzata nel campo delle opere marittime e fluviali fin dal 1905, rende noto che nella notte tra il 25 e 26 maggio è stato effettuato il touch down del primo cassone della Diga di Genova. In totale l'intervento, fino a riempimento completo del cassone avvenuto alle 8.45 del 26 maggio, si legge in una nota, è durato 25 ore e ha visto coinvolti, escluso i mezzi di supporto, circa 22 persone tra tecnici e maestranze marittime altamente specializzate, le quali si sono turnate a bordo fino a termine operazioni. Nell'ambito del progetto della Diga foranea di Genova, la più profonda in Europa, Fincosit è stata incaricata dal Consorzio Breakwater, appaltatore dei lavori, della realizzazione e della posa dei cassoni cellulari. La società̀, infatti, è pioniera e leader nella costruzione dei cassoni cellulari in cemento armato su larga scala, affermando nel tempo il suo primato in questo particolare settore: in particolare il cassone affondato nella giornata del 26 maggio 2024 è il numero 2804 realizzato dalla società nella sua storia secolare.
