Giustizia: Delmastro (Fdi), 'Mattarella ha richiamato magistratura non governo'

Roma, 21 ott. (Adnkronos) - "A me le parole del presidente Sergio Mattarella sembrano più un richiamo alla magistratura e non certo al governo affinché collabori maggiormente con le altre istituzioni, tra le quali il potere esecutivo". Il sottosegretario alla Giustizia di Fratelli d'Italia Andrea Delmastro, intervistato da Affaritaliani.it, risponde così alla domanda se le parole di ieri del Capo dello Stato siano un altolà al governo Meloni, come hanno scritto oggi alcuni quotidiani, dopo le polemiche per la decisione del tribunale di Roma sui centri per i rimpatri dei migranti in Albania. "Una istituzione come la magistratura incredibilmente lavora per fermare il disegno politico del presidente del Consiglio e addirittura un giudice afferma che Meloni è pericolosa perché non ha scheletri nell'armadio. Un giudice, semmai, dovrebbe dire bene che il premier abbia scheletri nell'armadio. Tutto ciò è quantomeno imbarazzante. E' fuori dal mondo quanto accaduto e indica tutto tranne che una leale collaborazione tra istituzioni come chiesto dal Presidente Mattarella. Se il potere giudiziario in questo Paese si preoccupa perché il capo del governo è pulito c'è indubbiamente qualcosa che non va. I lobbisti devono preoccuparsi che Meloni non abbia scheletri nell'armadio, non i magistrati che dovrebbero essere solo contenti e sereni di questo", conclude.
