Giustizia: Fratoianni, 'governo attacca magistratura senza rispetto leggi'

Roma, 19 ott. (Adnkronos) - "Ieri a Palermo contro i magistrati del processo a Salvini. Oggi contro i magistrati di Roma sulla grottesca vicenda albanese. Non ce la fanno, è più forte di loro: pensano di essere i padroni del Paese. Senza rispetto per la Costituzione e per le leggi, italiane e internazionali. E quando non piacciono, non le rispettano. Oppure si inventano norme sgangherate per superarle". Lo scrive su Facebook Nicola Fratoianni di Avs. "Ed è questo che ha annunciato ieri la presidente del consiglio Meloni, parlando - prosegue il leader di Sinistra italiana - di un decreto che verrà presentato al prossimo Consiglio dei ministri che si terrà lunedì prossimo. Vuole che a scegliere quali sono i 'Paesi sicuri' siano lei e il governo. Così, a loro piacimento. Un attacco frontale al potere giudiziario. Un precedente pericoloso per la nostra democrazia. Un atto potenzialmente eversivo nei confronti della divisione dei poteri e dell'assetto costituzionale". "Devono avere ben chiaro però che non gli verrà permesso di fare carta straccia delle regole europee, della nostra Costituzione e dei diritti fondamentali di ogni essere umano", conclude Fratoianni.
