Giustizia: Pagano, 'separazione carriere riforma fondamentale'

Roma, 10 ott. (Adnkronos) - La commissione Affari costituzionali della Camera ha appena approvato il testo base sulla separazione delle carriere. Questo rappresenta un primo passo essenziale verso una riforma fondamentale per il nostro sistema giudiziario. Si tratta di una delle riforme più attese e necessarie per garantire un assetto più efficiente e trasparente della giustizia in Italia". Lo afferma il presidente dell'organismo parlamentare di Montecitorio, Nazario Pagano, di Forza Italia. "Continueremo a lavorare con determinazione -assicura- affinché questa trasformazione si realizzi portando a un sistema più equo e moderno che dia alla magistratura giudicante e a quella requirente l'autorevolezza e l'indipendenza necessarie per svolgere le loro funzioni al servizio del Paese”.
