Giustizia: Zaia, scudo penale? ‘A volte prendere decisioni può rivelarsi un boomerang'

Vicenza, 08 ago. - (Adnkronos) - “Non è che un eventuale scudo penale serva per ‘lavorare', non esiste il principio dell'impunità garantita per qualcuno e la legge è uguale per tutti, ma si deve prendere atto che talvolta gli amministratori pubblici, in particolare i sindaci, sono chiamati a prendere decisioni importanti che possono rivelarsi un boomerang” dichiara il presidente della Regione Veneto Luca Zaia a proposito dello scudo penale proposto dal ministro Salvini, a margine dell'inaugurazione a Sossano (Vicenza) di alcuni nuovi lotti della pista ciclopedonale Treviso-Ostiglia. “Durante la gestione del Covid io ho chiuso mentre gli altri facevano gli spritz – esemplifica Zaia – se non avessi avuto ragione, oggi sarei incriminato per procurato allarme e anche per danni ecnomici. Piuttosto, sul fronte civilistico, bisognerebbe fare come in Germania a Francia dove è l'ente che risponde, invece io stesso mi pago un'assicurazione per coprire proprio questi aspetti”.
