Governo: Cdm, ok adeguamento normativa a governance Ue dei dati

Roma, 2 ott. (Adnkronos) - Il Consiglio dei ministri, su proposta dei ministri degli Affari europei, sud, politiche di coesione e Pnrr, Raffaele Fitto, e della Pubblica amministrazione, Paolo Zangrillo, ha approvato in esame definitivo un decreto legislativo per l'adeguamento della normativa nazionale alle disposizioni del regolamento (Ue) 2022/868 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio del 30 maggio 2022, relativo alla governance europea dei dati e che modifica il regolamento (Ue) 2018/1724. Sono stati acquisiti i pareri del Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, dell'Agenzia per la Cybersicurezza nazionale, dell'Agenzia per l'Italia digitale e delle competenti Commissioni delle Camere. Il regolamento disciplina le modalità di condivisione dei dati pubblici su base volontaria senza imporne la condivisione; restano ferme le disposizioni in materia di trattamento dei dati personali e di controllo del trattamento dei dati medesimi; gli accordi definiscono forme e modi di esercizio del coordinamento delle competenze, nell'ambito delle rispettive attribuzioni e nel principio di leale collaborazione; si prevedono forme di consultazione del Garante qualora un provvedimento dell'Agid abbia implicazioni in termini di protezione dei dati.
