**Ia: bozza ddl, due autorità nazionali, regia a P.Chigi**

Roma, 9 apr. (Adnkronos) - "Al fine di garantire l'applicazione e l'attuazione della normativa nazionale e dell'Unione europea in materia di intelligenza artificiale, l'Agenzia per l'Italia digitale (AgID) e l'Agenzia per la cybersicurezza nazionale (Acn) sono autorità nazionali per l'intelligenza artificiale". Lo si legge nella bozza del ddl sull'Intelligenza artificiale a cui lavora il governo. Nello specifico, l'Agid sarà responsabile di "promuovere l'innovazione e lo sviluppo dell'intelligenza artificiale", mentre l'Acn, "ai fini di assicurare la cybersicurezza nazionale", sarà "responsabile per la vigilanza, ivi incluse le attività ispettive e sanzionatorie, dei sistemi di intelligenza artificiale, secondo quanto previsto dalla normativa nazionale e dell'Unione europea". Per assicurare il "coordinamento e la collaborazione con le altre pubbliche amministrazioni e autorità indipendenti", nonché ogni "opportuno raccordo tra loro per l'esercizio delle funzioni", presso la presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri sarà istituito un Comitato di coordinamento, composto dai direttori generali delle due Agenzie e dal capo del Dipartimento per la trasformazione digitale della stessa presidenza.
