"Il capo di Hamas Sinwar è stato ammazzato": tam tam da Israele, si attendono conferme

Il giallo della fine del leader di Hamas. Tiene banco tra i media israeliani l'ipotesi che Yahya Sinwar possa essere rimasto ucciso in un raid. Verifiche dell'esecutivo sarebbero in corso, mentre l'Idf, riporta il Jerusalem Post, ha dichiarato di non poter né confermare né smentire le notizie sulla possibile morte del capo di Hamas. Tra le fonti consultate dal Jerusalem Post, una di alto livello ha gettato acqua sul fuoco, mentre un'altra ha detto di non avere informazioni reali al riguardo e altre ancora hanno rilevato disaccordi all'interno dell'establishment della difesa. "Israele sta indagando sulla possibilità che il leader di Hamas, Yahya Sinwar sia stato o meno ucciso a Gaza, basandosi su informazioni dell'intelligence militare", fanno sapere i media israeliani. Ma sulla presunta morte del numero uno dei terroristi che hanno attaccato Israele lo scorso 7 ottobre c'è massima prudenza da parte delle autorità israeliane. Una fonte vicina al dossier - scrive The Times of Israel - ha affermato che "ci sono state delle volte in passato in cui è scomparso e abbiamo pensato che fosse morto, ma poi è riapparso". Dopo la morte Haniyeh, quella di Sinwar potrebbe rappresentare il colpo dello scacco matto di Israele su Hamas. Ma si attendono conferme.
