La Corte Suprema Usa ha concesso a Donald Trump l'immunità parziale per il processo che lo vede imputato per aver cercato di sovvertire i risultati delle elezioni presidenziali provocando l'assalto a Capitol Hill il 6 gennaio 2021. "È una grande vittoria per la democrazia", ha esultato il tycoon. All'attacco invece Joe Biden: "In America non ci sono re, tutti sono uguali davanti alla legge" ha affermato il presidente parlando di "precedente pericoloso" che "mina lo stato di diritto".
