Israele: Smotrich, 'sindacato sostiene Hamas, scioperanti non verranno pagati'

Tel Aviv, 2 set. (Adnkronos) - Il ministro delle finanze israeliano Bezalel Smotrich ha affermato che i lavoratori che hanno aderito allo sciopero in Israele non saranno pagati, precisando di aver ordinato al Tesoro di non pagare nessuno che aderisca allo sciopero generale indetto dall'Histadrut. Il ministro di estrema destra, che ha anche chiesto ai tribunali di fermare lo sciopero, ha anche accusato il presidente dell'Histadrut, Arnon Bar-David, di lavorare nell'interesse del leader di Hamas, Yahya Sinwar. "Mi dispiace che il presidente dell'Histadrut, invece di scegliere di sostenere lo Stato di Israele in questi tempi difficili contribuendo a rafforzare l'economia israeliana, sostenere le imprese e sostenere i riservisti, stia effettivamente realizzando il sogno di Sinwar", ha affermato Smotrich in una dichiarazione. "Invece di rappresentare i lavoratori israeliani, sceglie di rappresentare gli interessi di Hamas".
