iSwiss Bank lancia la Cartolarizzazione "Green", ecco di cosa si tratta

Investimenti in Energie rinnovabili. iSwiss Bank, uno dei principali attori nel settore della cartolarizzazione, ha recentemente introdotto una cartolarizzazione "green" mirata agli investimenti in energie rinnovabili, partendo dal fotovoltaico. “Uno dei limiti più significativi che ostacolano la transizione ecologica - spiega Aleo Christopher, CEO di iSwiss Bank - è che, nonostante i risparmi a lungo termine, poiché è indiscutibile che l'economia verde sia vantaggiosa non solo per l'ambiente ma anche per le tasche dei consumatori, ci sono le ingenti spese da affrontare immediatamente. È chiaro a tutti - continua Aleo - che una centrale a gas per la produzione di energia elettrica, come molte in Italia, inquina di più e costa molto di più per kWh prodotto rispetto agli impianti fotovoltaici. Tuttavia, i costi di transizione richiedono investimenti miliardari che, attualmente, ricadono sulle spalle dei singoli Stati.” L'Unione Europea ha delineato da decenni un percorso di transizione verso l'economia green in tutti i settori, dai rifiuti plastici alle auto, fino all'efficienza energetica delle case. Tuttavia, una delle ragioni per cui queste politiche stanno incontrando sempre maggiore resistenza tra i cittadini è che sono percepite come un carico di costi aggiuntivi che colpisce i ceti più deboli, costretti a cambiare caldaie e auto per rimanere nei limiti sempre più stringenti imposti dalle normative comunitarie. In Italia, la produzione di energia elettrica è tra le più costose d'Europa, spesso a causa dell'uso di centrali a gas. Tuttavia, una rete di impianti fotovoltaici potrebbe produrre energia in modo più economico, con un mercato già pronto per la vendita dell'energia eccedente. “La cartolarizzazione green - continua Aleo - interviene proprio nei settori dove il green significa anche profitto, come nel caso dell'energia elettrica prodotta a basso costo. Flussi di cassa prevedibili e pianificabili sui periodi medio-lunghi, fino a 20 anni, possono essere anticipati immediatamente dal mercato grazie alla cartolarizzazione, permettendo investimenti immediati. Questa è la nostra idea,” conclude Aleo, annunciando anche una presentazione dedicata agli investitori con una conferenza stampa che si terrà prossimamente a Dubai, presso il Burj Khalifa. iSwiss Bank si è affermata come uno dei principali attori nel settore della cartolarizzazione, distinguendosi per aver avviato la prima cartolarizzazione dei crediti fiscali italiani. L'istituto ha lanciato da tempo una sfida ambiziosa: democratizzare l'accesso al mercato finanziario, rendendolo accessibile anche ai piccoli operatori non bancari.
