La prima nave della Marina verso l'Albania: gruppo di migranti a bordo, dove sono diretti

È partita da Lampedusa la nave pattugliatore Libra, della Marina Militare, con a bordo i primi migranti destinati ai centri predisposti in Albania. L'iniziativa è del Viminale. È partita da Lampedusa - secondo quanto si apprende - la nave Libra della Marina Militare con il primo gruppo di migranti destinato ai centri allestiti in Albania. Il ministero dell'Interno cura l'iniziativa. Sabato scorso il ministro Matteo Piantedosi aveva annunciato l'imminente inizio dei trasferimenti: "Noi contiamo di partire già dalla prossima settimana e "Realisticamente siccome - c'è una certa continuità nelle partenze - le prime persone verranno portate la prossima settimana nei centri in Albania", aveva detto. La scorsa settimana sono diventati operativi i centri di Schengjin e Gjiader che dovranno accogliere i migranti trasferiti. Il centro di Shengjin è sottoposto a forti misure di sicurezza, in modo che le persone che saranno ospitate dentro la struttura non si allontanino senza autorizzazione. Inoltre sono stati allestiti anche gli uffici per le interviste cui i migranti verranno sottoposti per avviare l'esame delle domande di asilo. Il protocollo prevede che i migranti arriveranno nel centro di Shengjin per eseguire le prime pratiche e, successivamente, saranno trasferiti a Gjader. La struttura di Gjader, simile per attività a un Centro di permanenza per i rimpatri (Cpr), ospiterà tutti coloro che, dopo l'esame della domanda d'asilo che avverrà nel centro di Shengjin, verranno ritenuti idonei.
