Lavoro, Calderone “Impegno per chi esposto a condizioni meteo avverse”

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “E' costante l'impegno del Ministero del Lavoro per la salvaguardia del lavoro delle imprese operanti nelle regioni italiane e caratterizzate da particolari eventi atmosferici e dei lavoratori che si trovino esposti a condizioni metereologiche avverse”. Lo ha detto la ministra del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, Marina Calderone, al question time alla Camera, rispondendo a un'interrogazione sulle iniziative normative volte a consentire alle imprese edili, in presenza di eventi meteorologici avversi, una maggiore flessibilità nel ricorso alla cassa integrazione guadagni ordinaria in territori di montagna. “In fase di conversione del decreto legge 63 del 2024 siamo intervenuti prevedendo che per le sospensioni o riduzioni dell'attività lavorativa effettuate nel periodo dal primo luglio 2024 al 31 dicembre 2024 e determinate da eventi oggettivamente non evitabili non si applicano i limiti di durata previsti dalla normativa generale per i trattamenti ordinari di integrazione salariale, anche se questi trattamenti sono richiesti dalle imprese operanti nel settore edile e delle escavazioni”.(ITALPRESS).
