L'insostenibilità delle polizze casa obbligatorie

Negli Stati Uniti non esistono leggi che obbligano a assicurare la casa, ma quando si acquista l'immobile con un mutuo il finanziatore richiede la sottoscrizione di una polizza per coprire i rischi. Anche in Italia non esistono obblighi, i ripetuti eventi catastrofici hanno aperto un dibattito sull'obbligo di assicurare l'abitazione. C'è chi pensa che sia una buona idea procedere in quella direzione, qui a Libero abbiamo buone ragioni per sostenere che l'obbligatorietà sia una cattiva idea. Quelli ambientali sono tra i rischi più temuti dalle compagnie assicuratrici, sono difficilmente prevedibili e se lo diventano, quel bene automaticamente non verrà assicurato da nessuno.
