Lobby: Pagano (Fi), 'ok unanime a documento conclusivo su indagine conoscitiva'

Roma, 19 set. (Adnkronos) - "Sono orgoglioso per l'approvazione all'unanimità, da parte della I Commissione Affari Costituzionali della Camera, del documento conclusivo elaborato nell'ambito dell'indagine conoscitiva in materia di attività di rappresentanti di interessi che ha coinvolto trenta illustri costituzionalisti cui va il mio personale ringraziamento. Si tratta di un lavoro preparatorio di fondamentale rilevanza in vista di un disegno di legge, che ho intenzione di presentare nelle prossime settimane dopo aver ascoltato tutti i Gruppi paralmentari, e che spero possa trovare la più ampia convergenza politica". E' quanto affermato dal presidente della I Commissione Affari Costituzionali della Camera, Nazario Pagano, a margine della seduta. "Il mio auspicio - ha proseguito Pagano - è un testo condiviso fin dall'inizio da maggioranza e opposizione, per questo ho voluto promuovere fin dall'inizio della legislatura un'indagine conoscitiva in grado di superare l'impasse che si era creato sul tema negli anni scorsi. Credo che le frammentazioni vadano sanate perché sono convinto che i rappresentanti di interessi svolgano un ruolo fondamentale per il legislatore e che serva dunque una regolamentazione efficace per rendere il rapporto con il decisore politico snello, moderno e al contempo trasparente, equilibrato e responsabile".
