Mario Bozzoli ucciso e gettato nella fonderia: ergastolo al nipote, che adesso è scomparso

La Corte di Cassazione ha confermato l'ergastolo per Giacomo Bozzoli, accusato dell'omicidio dello zio Mario Bozzoli e della distruzione del suo cadavere, gettato nel forno della fonderia a Marcheno, in provincia di Brescia, l'8 ottobre 2015, ma quando i carabinieri si sono presentati nella sua casa sul Lago di Garda per prelevarlo, non hanno trovato nessuno. Le ricerche sono scattate immediatamente. I militari sono al lavoro per rintracciare l'uomo che per nove anni è rimasto libero, in attesa della pronuncia della sentenza definitiva. I giudici della prima sezione penale di piazza Cavour oggi hanno rigettato il ricorso proposto dai legali dell'imputato contro la sentenza della Corte d'Assise di appello di Brescia del 17 novembre 2023. La sentenza impugnata aveva confermato la sentenza della Corte d'Assise del 30 settembre 2022, che aveva condannato Bozzoli alla pena dell'ergastolo con l'isolamento diurno per un anno.
