Mattarella: bene comune non è bene pubblico dell'interesse della maggioranza

Roma, 3 lug (Adnkronos) - "Quel giovane e brillante membro dell'Assemblea Costituente, che fu Giuseppe Dossetti, pose il problema del “vero accesso del popolo e di tutto il popolo al potere e a tutto il potere, non solo quello politico, ma anche a quello economico e sociale”, con la definizione di “democrazia sostanziale”. A segnare così il passaggio ai contenuti che sarebbero stati poi consacrati negli articoli della prima parte della nostra Carta costituzionale. Fra essi i diritti economico-sociali". Lo ha detto il Capo dello Stato Sergio Mattarella alla settimana sociale dei cattolici. "Una riflessione impegnativa con l'ambizione di mirare al “bene comune” che non è il “bene pubblico” dell'interesse della maggioranza, ma il bene di tutti e di ciascuno al tempo stesso, secondo quanto già la Settimana Sociale del 1945 volle indicare", ha aggiunto.
