Migranti: Foti, 'potere giudiziario non invada legislativo ed esecutivo'

Roma, 28 set. (Adnkronos) - "Ci risiamo: contro le concrete politiche sui flussi migratori del Governo Meloni sembra ergersi una barriera giudiziaria innalzata da certa magistratura. In un mese il numero delle convalide ai trattenimenti di immigrati senza documenti alla frontiera, attuati grazie al decreto Cutro, è drasticamente sceso e così oltre l'85% dei tentativi di rimpatriare gli irregolari viene bloccato. Ribadendo ancora una volta come l'essenza dello Stato di diritto sia nella terzietà del giudice, questi orientamenti giudiziari richiamano la decisione già assunta dal giudice Iolanda Apostolico, animatrice delle proteste contro il Governo che provava a contrastare l'immigrazione incontrollata". Lo afferma il capogruppo di Fratelli d'Italia alla Camera, Tommaso Foti. "Di questo passo -aggiunge- si rischia di vanificare il concreto approccio sugli arrivi elogiato da personalità politiche internazionali come il premier britannico laburista Starmer o, ultimo in ordine cronologico, il Presidente della Repubblica federale tedesca Steinmeier. La separazione dei poteri è alla base dello Stato di diritto e così come si deve scongiurare l'invasione del potere esecutivo e legislativo in quello giudiziario, ci auguriamo di non doverci trovare a denunciare il pericolo inverso".
