Migranti, Nordio: sentenza Corte Ue non compresa o ben letta

Roma, 21 ott. (askanews) - "La sentenza della Corte di giustizia Ue è molto complessa e molto articolata e probabilmente non è stata ben compresa o ben letta". Lo ha detto il ministro della Giustizia, Carlo Nordio, al termine del consiglio dei ministri che ha approvato un dl che renderebbe norma primaria l'indicazione dei Paesi sicuri per il rimpatrio, e non più secondaria, come è attualmente quella stilata dal Ministero degli Esteri. "Questa sentenza oltre a ribadire che è compito degli Stati di definire il concetto di Stati sicuri e individuare quelli che sono tali, pone alla fine delle condizioni nel momento in cui la giurisdizione di un paese intenda dare una definizione diversa dello Stato sicuro in relazione a casi specifici di determinate persone".
