Milano: gip, 'da amministratore condominio arrestato sistematicità criminale'

Milano, 27 set. (Adnkronos) - Sono due gli edifici, in viale Fulvio Testi e via Bitti a Milano, che sarebbero diventati la cassa personale dell'amministratore di condominio, Matteo Battaini, 46 anni, finito ai domiciliari nell'inchiesta della procura milanese con le accuse di appropriazione indebita e autoriciclaggio. Nel provvedimento del gip Silvia Perrucci si evidenzia come "altri numerosi condomini amministrati" dall'indagato "sarebbero stati interessati dalle medesime condotte" a dimostrazione della "pervicacia criminale" e della "sistematicità con la quale nel corso degli anni egli abbia utilizzato i conto correnti degli immobili che amministrava quale cosa propria da cui attingere ampiamente risorse e sostenere spese personali di ogni genere". Il provvedimento, oltre ai domiciliari ha disposto il sequestro preventivo di soldi e beni (un'abitazione e l'auto) per 450mila euro, la cifra che sarebbe stata sottratta agli inquilini e investita dal 46enne di Monza, per pagare il mutuo, fare scommesse online, pagare visite mediche o il meccanico. Segnate da un "apprezzabile grado di macchinosità" i meccanismi di frode: trasferiva il denaro dei condomini da lui amministrati su conti correnti a lui riconducibili utilizzando il nominativo di fornitori dei complessi residenziali ma indicando però il proprio Iban oppure versava i soldi altrui su siti di gioco online con sede all'estero e li riaccreditava sul proprio conto corrente facendole figurare come vincite al gioco.
