Milano: Simba La Rue si schianta in auto, trapper torna in carcere

Milano, 12 apr. (Adnkronos) - Mohamed Lamine Saida, in arte Simba La Rue, torna in carcere dopo la richiesta della procura generale di Milano di chiedere l'aggravamento dei domiciliari. Già condannato a più di sei anni, il trapper - difeso dall'avvocato Niccolò Vecchioni - ha violato le prescrizioni che prevedevano la permanenza in casa nelle ore serali e notturne. Da quanto emerso dalla questura, lo scorso 12 marzo era - insieme ad altri amici - al kartodromo di Rozzano dove ha perso il controllo di un'auto di grossa cilindrata, finendo la sua corsa contro un palo prima di darsi alla fuga. Per la terza sezione della corte d'Appello di Milano, "le reiterate violazioni, anche per la gravità delle stesse, rivelano la totale incapacità di autocontrollo dell'imputato", e considerato anche la sentenza (appellata) l'unica misura possibile è il carcere.
