Mo: azienda giapponese, 'walkie-talkie esplosi ritirati 10 anni fa'

Tokyo, 19 set. (Adnkronos) - L'azienda giapponese Icom afferma di aver smesso di produrre il modello di walkie-talkie, presumibilmente utilizzato nelle recenti esplosioni in Libano, circa 10 anni fa. "L'IC-V82 è una radio portatile che è stata prodotta ed esportata, anche in Medio Oriente, dal 2004 a ottobre 2014. È stata messa fuori produzione circa 10 anni fa e da allora non è stata più spedita dalla nostra azienda", afferma Icom in una dichiarazione. Una nuova ondata di esplosioni ha devastato il Libano ieri pomeriggio e hanno riguardato soprattutto walkie-talkie utilizzati dai membri di Hezbollah, il giorno dopo che migliaia di persone erano rimaste ferite, quando i loro cercapersone sono esplosi in un attacco coordinato, la cui responsabilità è stata ampiamente attribuita a Israele dopo mesi di scontri transfrontalieri.
