Washington, 11 ago. (Adnkronos) - Un cessate il fuoco è ancora possibile nella guerra di Israele con Hamas prima di lasciare l'incarico da presidente degli Stati Uniti. Lo ha detto a "Cbs Sunday Morning" Joe Biden, nella sua prima intervista dopo essersi ritirato dalla corsa alla rielezione il mese scorso. "Sì. È ancora possibile - ha affermato - Il piano che ho messo insieme, approvato dal G7, approvato dal Consiglio di sicurezza delle Nazioni Unite, è ancora praticabile. E sto lavorando letteralmente ogni singolo giorno, con il mio team, per assicurarci che non degeneri in una guerra regionale. Ma può facilmente accadere".
