Mo: Rosato (Az), 'governo israeliano non sta facendo interessi del suo popolo'

Roma, 6 ago. (Adnkronos) - “Israele ha il diritto di trovare le modalità di difendersi, ma oggi il governo israeliano non sta facendo gli interessi del suo Paese, del suo popolo, al contrario, con le azioni che si susseguono lo sta mettendo in difficoltà”. Così Ettore Rosato, vicesegretario di Azione e capogruppo in commissione Esteri alla Camera, intervenuto durante l'audizione del ministro Tajani. “Il messaggio che dobbiamo trasmettere al governo israeliano - ha proseguito - non è come chiede qualcuno del riconoscimento della Palestina, ma la richiesta di sospendere qualsiasi iniziativa che abbia come obiettivo, anche indiretto, la popolazione civile. Un messaggio che dovrebbe arrivare in maniera forte, e non solo da parte dell'Italia”.
