Mo: Unhcr, '30mila persone in 72 ore hanno attraversato confine Libano-Siria'

Beirut, 27 set. (Adnkronos) - Nelle ultime 72 ore più di 30.000 persone, principalmente siriani, hanno attraversato il confine con la Siria dal Libano. Lo rende noto l'agenzia delle Nazioni Unite per i rifugiati (Unhcr), secondo cui l'escalation del conflitto tra le forze israeliane e Hezbollah ha causato, dal 23 settembre, lo sfollamento di oltre 90.000 persone. L'Alto Commissario dell'Unhcr Filippo Grandi ha dichiarato all'inizio di questa settimana che lo sfollamento di massa è stato "l'ennesimo calvario per le famiglie fuggite da anni di guerra civile in Siria e ora bombardate nel paese in cui avevano cercato rifugio. Il Medio Oriente non può permettersi un nuova crisi di sfollamento. Non creiamone una, costringendo più persone ad abbandonare le loro case".
