Washington, 16 set. (Adnkronos) - Le prime conclusioni di Israele sull'omicidio del dell'attivista turco-statunitense Aysenur Ezgi Eygi non scagionano le forze di sicurezza israeliane. Lo ha affermato il portavoce del Dipartimento di Stato americano Matthew Miller, avvertendo che Washington prenderà in considerazione altre misure se non sarà soddisfatta da un'indagine israeliana completa. Israele ha ammesso che il 6 settembre le sue truppe hanno sparato alla 26enne Eygi mentre prendeva parte a una protesta pacifica contro l'espansione illegale degli insediamenti israeliani in Cisgiordania, ma ha affermato che si è trattato di un atto involontario durante una manifestazione poi sfociata in violenza.
