Naufragio Palermo: capitano Cutfield ancora in Italia, gli atri due indagati hanno lasciato paese

Palermo, 29 ago. (Adnkronos) - James Cutfield, il comandante del veliero britannico Bayesian affondato il 19agosto a Porticello (Palermo), come si apprende, no ha ancora lasciato l'Italia. Cutfield, che è indagato per naufragio colposo e omicidio plurimo colposo, nel corso dell'interrogatorio del pm Raffaele Cammarano, si è avvalso della facoltà di non rispondere. Hanno invece lasciato il paese gli altri due indagati, l'ingegnere Tim Parker Eaton, 56 anni, responsabile della sala macchine la notte del naufragio, in cui sono morte sette persone e Matthew Griffith, il 22enne che era di vedetta quella notte. Entrambi sono indagati per lo stesso reato di Cutfield. Ma loro sue non sono stati interrogati. I magistrati li avevano sentiti nei primi giorni come persone informate sui fatti. Per il momento resta fuori dall'indagine, Tijs Koopmans, il 33enne primo ufficiale olandese, partito anche lui. oggi lasceranno l'albergo due hostess che facevano parte dell'equipaggio.
