Open Arms: parte civile naufrago, 'per imputato pericoloso un carico umano di donne e bambini'

Palermo, 20 set. (Adnkronos) - "Musa, che è qui per la prima volta, è stato sottoposto a indicibili sofferenze in Libia. Lui è stato soccorso nell'agosto 2019 in mare, quando aveva 15 anni, su una imbarcazione su cui si trovavano donne e bambini. Questo era il carico umano che per l'imputato rappresentava un pericolo...". Così l'avvocata Serena Romano, legale di parte civile nel processo Open Arms che rappresenta il giovane Musa, uno dei naufraghi salvato dalla ong spagnola Open Arms. La legale racconta tutte le "torture" subite da Musa, presente per la prima volta in aula, in Libia. "E' stato reiteratamente colpito con aste di legno e di ferro sulla pianta dei piedi, fino a fratturargli le ossa. Musa andava sbarcato subito, come prevede la norma".
