**Open Arms: parte civile, 'Salvini ha tradito la legge, atteggiamento politico ed elettorale'**

Palermo, 20 set. (Adnkronos) - "Non vi era alcuno motivo per negare il Pos, cioè il porto sicuro, non vi erano problemi di terroristi a bordo, non c'erano problemi di ordine pubblico. Quello dell'imputato era un atteggiamento marcatamente politico ed elettorale, e prima ancora mediatico, fino a sacrificare la dignità dei naufraghi, è stato un tradimento delle norme". Sono le parole dell'avvocato Gaetano Pasqualino, parte civile di alcuni migranti a bordo dell'Osservatorio Noureddine, nella discussione del processo Open Arms che vede imputato il ministro Matteo Salvini. "La nave non poteva considerarsi un pos temporaneo - dice il legale - sia per le condizioni della imbarcazione, per la situazione igienico sanitaria, per l'assenza dei farmaci a bordo, per le condizioni di salute dei migranti". E aggiunge: "La condotta dell'imputato ha prodotto effetti pregiudizievoli alla sfera giuridica dei migranti soccorsi".
