Pecoraro Scanio: "Italia derubata dal cibo falso. Basta!"

Roma, 13 apr. (askanews) - Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio, presidente della Fondazione UniVerde che da ministro dell'Agricoltura avviò la prima azione contro l'agropirateria e ha promosso la campagna #noFakeFood, oggi al mercato di campagna amica del circo Massimo ha rilanciato la petizione #nofakeinItaly "L'Italia viene derubata di circa 100 miliardi all'anno con il fakefood, il falso made in Italy. Non si può tollerare questa vergogna. Serve riprendere l'azione per l'etichetta di origine obbligatoria in tutta la Ue". "Non basta una qualsiasi trasformazione sul suolo della penisola per diventare Made in Italy - ha proseguito - É il senso della campagna #noFakefood in corso da anni, della petizione europea contro il cibo anonimo e di questa nuova petizione #nofakeinItaly. Non dobbiamo mollare finché non smantelleremo questo sistema che impoverisce agricoltori e produttori, truffa i consumatori e danneggia salute, ambiente e economia sana".
