Perché soltanto la produttività può far crescere il reddito dei lavoratori

Il tema dell'occupazione e annessi, ovvero salari, tempo libero, produttività, partecipazione ai risultati finanziari delle aziende, sono più che mai, ovunque nell'Occidente, componente fondamentale dei modus operandi e vivendi delle imprese, dei lavoratori e degli stakeholder, perla corposa inflazione cui non eravamo più abituati da oltre 20 anni. Questa ha fatto emergere quanto i salari, un po' ovunque e particolarmente in Italia, si siano fermati e ogni mutamento del costo della vita nella sua interezza, manda a carte all'aria stili di vita specie dei ceti meno abbienti ma sempre di più del ceto medio che, fino a pochi lustri fa, era il più importante portatore di spesa. A guardare lontano, una delle principali cinque imprese del modo, Amazon - capofila indiscussa dell'e-commerce, nota per la sua produttività ed innovazione - è stata messa “ai raggi x” dai dipendenti statunitensi che hanno espresso considerazioni riguardo all'impiego in questo colosso tecnologico, sottolineando vantaggi e difficoltà. È stata approvata ed elogiata la parte salariale che offre stipendi interessanti, una buona copertura sanitaria e previdenziale volontaria e opzioni di partecipazione azionaria, un'interessante politica dei bonus legati ai risultati e ai premi in azioni, questi ultimi si sono rivelati redditizi vista la crescita del titolo degli ultimi 2 anni di oltre il 90%, condizioni che hanno fatto, e faranno anche in futuro, lievitare di parecchio i redditi dei nostri lavoratori. Un altra qualità motivante è quella della dedizione dell'azienda all'innovazione e la massima attenzione alla soddisfazione dei clienti. Così come è stato apprezzato l'ambiente di lavoro dinamico e in rapida evoluzione, in grado di favorire il rapido miglioramento delle competenze e l'avanzamento professionale. Gli elementi positivi citati sono stati, però, confrontati con quelli negativi: lo stress elevato che deriva dall'intensità del lavoro, i lunghi periodi di lavoro che impongono una limitata possibilità da dedicare del tempo libero e alla vita personale. Il tutto inserito in un rigoroso sistema di valutazione delle prestazioni dell'azienda vincolate a una produttività molto intensa. Scorporando gli aspetti positivi dai negativi per calarsi nella realtà italiana è facile comprendere quanto sia lontano dal nostro sistema del lavoro, e di come far impresa, da quello Usa. Impossibile ottenere i ritorni finanziari dal valore delle azioni italiane dell'entità prima citata, così come motivare il lavoro dipendente fornendo assicurazioni sanitarie e previdenziali, visto che per entrambi esiste la forma pubblica seppur vincolata al versamento contributivo, versato in gran parte dal dal datore di lavoro. Sarebbe, però, opportuno che i benefit citati, azioni di aziende quotate e assicurazioni integrative, entrassero stabilmente nei desiderata del lavoro dipendente per aumentare la ricaduta motivazionale verso l'azienda, visto che la produttività italiana è tra le più basse d'Europa e che solamente una produttività almeno pari a quella tedesche e francese può riuscire ad aumentare la redditività media delle imprese italiane e a consentire aumenti salariali contrattualizzati per ogni settore.
