Pride, Schlein “Con governo Meloni Italia perso posizioni su diritti”

MILANO (ITALPRESS) – “Durante questo anno e mezzo di governo Meloni l'Italia è scivolata alla 36eiesima posizione su 48 nella classifica sui diritti Lgbt. Non lo possiamo accettare, vogliamo portare l'Italia nel futuro e pienamente in Europa”. Così la segretaria del Pd, Elly Schlein, a margine del Pride Milano. “Vogliamo il matrimonio equalitario – ha proseguito – perchè l'amore non si discrimina e non lasceremo decidere alla destra chi abbiamo il diritto di amare. Serve una legge per non lasciare soli i sindaci sul riconoscimento delle coppie omogenitoriali”. La segretaria dem ha poi sottolineato che “sarà anche oggi una giornata di partecipazione per i diritti di tutti, per i diritti Lgbtq che sono fondamentali e come tali vanno riconosciuti”. “Ci sono 7 parate oggi, è una giornata di orgoglio e di visibilità per le battaglie dei diritti, a partire da quello per una legge contro la omobilesbotransfobia” perchè “continua a essercene bisogno davanti alle tante e troppe aggressioni e discriminazioni che queste persone vivono ogni giorno”, ha concluso.
