Quintieri (Ics): "Per ospitare eventi sportivi servono infrastrutture moderne"

Roma, 26 giu. (Adnkronos) - "I grandi eventi sportivi come le Olimpiadi che stiamo per organizzare sempre più si caratterizzano come un fattore di attrazione del turismo internazionale. Ne abbiamo avuto una prova importante con la Ryder Cup 2023, durante la quale la stragrande parte dei visitatori provenivano da Paesi di tutto il mondo, e quindi con una forte ricaduta non solo sull'evento in termini di biglietteria, ma anche per alberghi, ristoranti e anche di immagine positiva che spero duri nel tempo. Il problema è che per fare grandi eventi servono grandi e moderne infrastrutture”. Lo ha detto Beniamino Quintieri, presidente dell'Istituto per il Credito Sportivo intervenendo all'incontro ‘Grandi eventi - Una ricchezza culturale ed economica per il Paese' in occasione della presentazione del nuovo numero The Corporate Communication Magazine presso l'associazione Civita a Roma. "L'Istituto del Credito Sportivo ha tra i suoi compiti quello di sostenere le infrastrutture sportive, il che vuol dire non solo sostenere le piccole associazioni e i comuni ma anche di finanziare o cofinanziare e progettare nuovi stadi o ammodernare quelle esistenti" ha poi concluso.
